Economical version of floor protection mat
The floor protection mat from your sweat while training and stain by the rubber feet.
This mat doesn't have noise reduction function, it just guards the floor and carpet.
Mat is long enough to fully cover your bike.
The soft foamed urethane material is soft and comfortable, so you can use this mat for other purposes like Yoga or picnic, or for the working mat beside workstand.

Against sweat & stain
You cannot expect to get wind for cooling down your body while indoor training, so you must get sweaty very quickly. Even 5 minutes training make you sweat a lot and it will drop to the floor and carpet.
Sweat contains waste material and ammonia rather than saline matter, so once sweat adheres the floor, it will cause bad smell later. To keep your living circumstance clean and comfortable to make your family happy, you need to protect the floor and carpet from those materials.
There is another purpose on this mat.
Our foot cap is made of elastomer (a kind of black rubber) and the trainer vibrates at all time while training, so it could be possible to stain the floor that may be difficult to remove.
Be careful on using on wooden floor material with clear coat. Foot cap could chemically change the floor color where it touches.

Important Notices
- This mat is made of foamed material so it absorbs water quickly and will not release so easily. When washing the whole mat, hang the mat to dry. It should necessary at least a couple of days for complete dry.
- To store the mat when not in use, roll up it, not bending.
- Training Mat Lite doesn't have vibration reduction function.
