Super lightweight, Only 2.5 kgs workstand

Rather than placing the bike on the ground, lifting up the bike can make your maintenance job much easier and less trouble.
RS-1500 is the super lightweight portable workstand in only 2.5 kgs weight.

The bike on RS-1500 is supported at front fork end and bottom bracket. It is a very good benefit for the bikes which may be broken if clamped with the standard clamp jaws strongly like as super thin alloy frame, carbon monocoque frame, or aero shape seat-post.

By replacing the Front Fork Support to the optional Rear End Hanger, you can change the bike direction on RS-1500.

The bike mounting arm is designed swivel, so you can turn the bike to approach both right and left side without changing your own standing position.
The arm angle is adjustable in 3 levels by changing the pin insertion hole.

Frame is made of alloy and plastic mostly, so it's also good for washing the bike after enjoying trail.

All Alloy Stand

For lightweight and easy transportation

The first priority of developing RS-1500 was the weight. Our target weight was 2.5 kgs.

There is similar workstand available from ParkTool. It's PRS-20 semi-professional workstand.
However, it is quite heavy (9 kgs) even though it's small, so people must feel it's heavier than it looks and they don't wish to transport. We aim to develop a lightweight stand you can bring to anywhere with no worries.

Every main jobs to adjust the height, arm rotation and fork mount position can be done very quickly by the quick levers. RS-1500 doesn't require any tool to use.

We recommend you to decent the main pillar until it touches the ground when you need to do heavy job because the alloy frame itself is not so durable.

RS-1500's frame is mostly made of alloy and plastic so it's hard to get rust even under shower. You can use RS-1500 for washing bikes after the race or trail riding. Swivel arm design helps you to wash each side without changing the wet bike position.

Frame Support Arm

Adjustable angle and clamping position

The arm to support the front fork is angle adjustable in 3 positions (80, 85 & 90 degrees) by just changing the pin insertion point.
The pin also works to lock the arm when it's folded down.

The front fork mount is fully position adjustable along the arm to accommodate any wheel base frames. Fixing position is done by quick lever easily.

Rear End Hanger (option)

To change the bike direction

You must remove the front wheel to use RS-1500 in standard condition, so you cannot maintain the front brake because of lack of front wheel.
Rear End Hanger clamps the frame rear end instead of front fork end to switch the bike direction.

By changing the shim position, it will fit 3 different hub width (120, 130 & 135mm) without tool.

Cautions

Important Notices

  • Use RS-1500 on flat and level floor or ground. Using on slanted condition will cause falling down problem.
  • Align the leg to the bike to support the bike weight effectively. If placing bike between the legs, RS-1500 may fall down depends on the bike weight.
  • RS-1500 is designed for light maintenance only. Not suitable to any heavy works.
  • Max load of RS-1500 is 15 kgs.
