BikeTower10
Telescopic pole bike storage stand
Telescopic pole bike display stand
Increase your storage without using extra footprint, by storing bikes above each other.
This telescopic pole clamps itself between floor and ceiling, no drilling, etc. There are spring-loaded rubber cups, to make sure there is no slipping at either end of the pole. It fits between heights of 1.7 – 3.1 meters.
This means it is very easy to maneuver around a room, leaves the floor clean of legs, etc and is very universal in what attachments can be fitted.
In total 4 bikes can be fitted, 2 on either side of the pole (two bike cradles come with in the kit). There are also other attachments like wheel holders or mesh basket.
Bikes are suspended by a new design bike holder, adjustable in width and depth. These can be slipped up and down the pole to suit the users wishes and any bike style.
The material finishing is to the usual high Minoura standard and the unit will last for many years.

Alloy Construction
The pole is made from lightweight alloy and is telescopically adjustable, stepless between 1.7 to 3.1 meter. You extend the pole to tightest possible between floor and ceiling. The spring and rubber cups will make sure no damage will occur to floor/ceiling.
Note: The BikeTower stand must be fitted where ceiling supports are located, otherwise the ceiling will push away and slippage will happen, possibly resulting in the pole falling over.
The Biketower10 is only available in a black color.
Adjustable Joint Construction
The updated joint in the centre of the pole has been upgraded to a metal reinforcement for extra stiffness, allowing the fixing bolt to be tightened without worrying about too much torque on the bolt.

New Bike Cradle
The bike cradle supports the bike at 2 points on the top-tube. This has been completely revised for the BikeTower10.
The clamp band is now a thick alloy model, for easier installation and less flex. Because the upper pole is slightly thinner, the supplied plastic sleeve needs to be fitted, otherwise damage and slipping will happen.
Each cradle arm can be angle adjusted individually by +/- 35 degrees, in order to fit various types of frame design, as well as allowing the bike to be displayed in the required horizontal position.
The hook itself is a low profile model for easy slipping around a frame and the soft pad protects the bike finish. The hook fits tubes up to 65mm diameter.

Important Notices
- The BikeTower cannot be installed with a slanted ceiling. The ceiling must be horizontal and parallel to the floor.
- Confirm where the ceiling has support via rib/beams and install it where these are located. Failure to do so may result in ceiling panels breaking or the pole falling over.
- After setup check and on a regular basis, check the safety indicator just under the top rubber cup. If the red indicator becomes visible, it means there has been movement of either ceiling or the central joint. The red mark means that the BikeTower is no longer secure and should not be used. We suggest you check the ceiling and joint for movement. If all correct, re-adjust by extending the pole length to make the red mark disappear.
- The rubber cups may cause a stain to the ceiling, floor or carpet. If you don't want to risk this, put a thin non-smooth material between the rubber cup and the ceiling/floor. Do not use any slippery materials like vinyls, because they can cause slipping
- The BikeTower is constructed with only one contact point, so it's possible to spin it around with force. This can also happen when you hang bikes up/down. This can change the way the BikeTower is fitted, so please check the safety marker if this happens

Carbon Frames
Will the bike cradle damage my expensive carbon frame
Some people might worry because the bike is held up by just two hooks. Any bike frame however is designed to be capable for much worse pressure on the tubes, than just supporting the bike weight, which is no worse then picking up the bike with just 2 fingers.
The handlebar moves around
The handlebar/wheel turns after placing the bike in the cradle
The right side with drive train is heavier than the left side, so the bike will have to lean a little left when hung up.
This angles the headset slightly and the wheel/bar will start to turn. If this is a problem, please lower the cradle support for the front of the bike, so that the front is lower than the rear. This will put more weight from the front wheel keeping the wheel straight.
Alternatively tie a front wheel to the down-tube.
