Repair Stand Style Bike Storage Stand

Dual Purpose Stand

DW-1 "Tancho" is a bike storage stand by clamping the top-tube or the seat-post with its clamp jaws. DW-1 is also can be used as a light-duty bike maintenance stand.

No Tool Required

DW-1 adopts a locking pin system to enable you to fold down the stand compactly without any tool.
Each leg can be locked at the fully opened and fully folded position quite easily by just inserting a pin into the hole.
The main pillar is height adjustable between 1,280mm and 1,430mm (4 positions in 50mm pitch). The lowest height is 850mm.
Each pin has a spring loaded ball for anti-removal.

Clamp Jaws

The clamp jaws is basically same to the one for other bike maintenance stands, so it holds the bike securely at the top-tube and also the seat-post.
It could be possible the fragile thin light alloy or carbon frame has been crashed if you clamp it too strongly, so we recommend you to hold the seat-post instead of the top-tube.
The clamp jaws is fully 360 degrees rotatable and can be set at every 18 degrees (20 positions).

Design Concept

Our design concept on DW-1 Tancho is "crane" (Tancho is the name of a representative Japanese bird). DW-1 has white body, red top and black bottom end.
"Japan taste" is our latest design concept and DW-1 is the first product in this line.

Cautions

Important Notices

  • Be careful to the weight balance when clamping the seat-post. For example, if you have removed the rear wheel from the bike with a front suspension fork, it should lose balance and fall down. You should clamp the top-tube for better stability.
  • The clamp jaws is not a quick cam type. You need to rotate the top red handle for operating the jaws.
  • The clamp jaws is not a folding type.
  • An aero shape seat-post cannot be used on this stand.
